This is a five night, two -centre photography holiday with two nights at Monsaraz and three nights at Castelo de Vide. Each day offers a balance of landscape and travel photography locations including hilltop towns with castles, churches, cobbled lanes, rural and lakeside landscapes and of course, the springtime flowers!
The following is a sample itinerary, subject to change according to local conditions:
Monday: From Faro to Monsaraz via Castro Verde and Portela.
Tuesday: Monsaraz, Mourao and the Alqueva Lake
Wednesday: Monsaraz am, followed by drive to Castelo de Vide via Juromenha
Thursday: Castelo de Vide, Jola (Spain), Galegos, Sao Antonio
Friday: Marvao, Cabecudos, Beira
Saturday: Return to Faro Airport
