Booking Conditions

1. Introduction to Landscape Photography and Beginners Digital Photography Courses

Courses will only operate with a minimum of three clients. If the course is cancelled by us for any reason, all monies paid by you to us including deposits will be refunded, but there can be no further liability on the part of Photographscotland Ltd.

In the event that you have to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately and we will try to fill the vacancy, in which case we will refund your full deposit and any balance paid by you. If the vacancy cannot be filled, the cancellation fee will be the deposit only.

The balance outstanding will be payable not later than two weeks before the start date of the course.

Deposits received after the course is full will be refunded and alternative course dates may be offered.

Accommodation on this course is optional and we can arrange this on your behalf on request.

2. On Location: Scottish Workshops

Workshops will only operate with a minimum of three clients.

The cost of the workshop includes accommodation in single occupancy rooms, breakfast, lunch and dinner, transport to and from photographic locations and all tuition.

3. Workshops in Portugal

Workshops are offered on a one-to-one or one-to two basis.

If the workshop is cancelled by us for any reason, all monies paid by you to us including deposits will be refunded, but there can be no further liability on the part of Photographscotland Ltd.

In the event that you have to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately and we will try to fill the vacancy, in which case we will refund your full deposit and any balance paid by you. If the vacancy cannot be filled, the cancellation fee will be the deposit only.

The cost includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, transport to and from photographic locations, transfers from and to Faro Airport and all tuition. Although we can advise and recommend flights, air travel arrangements and costs to and from Portugal are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Insurances

It is the customer's responsibility to take out appropriate travel insurance cover. We would strongly recommend that you insure your photographic equipment. Please check that your home contents insurance covers your photographic equipment outside the home, in vehicles and abroad if relevant.

5. General

Please inform us in advance of any special dietary requirements or of specific allergic conditions which may affect you.

If you have a medical condition, you should ensure that you have sufficient medication for the duration of your stay.



Gallery Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. Postage and packaging is free on all photographs

2. Photographs will be supplied in protective cardboard packaging and will normally arrive within 15 working days of ordering.

3. In the event of damaged or unsatisfactory goods, Photographscotland will provide replacement goods or a full refund on receipt of the returned goods in their original packing.

4. The cost of postage of the returned goods is the responsibility of the customer.
